Nexxa’s Online Opt Out Request Process is intended for individual consumer use. Third party privacy right requests on behalf of an individual consumer, can be submitted using the Opt-out form; however, a valid email address for the individual consumer must also be provided.

Opt out requests submitted to Nexxa via email will not be processed.

What you Need to Know

Your request will be processed after you respond to the confirmation email. Please note that this opt out request is not effective for removal of data that may have been provided to marketers prior to your request. To complete the opt out request online, you must provide a valid email address. A confirmation email that validates your request will be sent once you submit your request. If you do not have a valid email address, you may submit an opt out request by calling us at (800)-566-1895.
